We are seeking a dedicated Retention/Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Latcom. This role is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and support.
As a key member of our team, you will initially work onsite to ensure comprehensive training and compliance. This process is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
After successfully completing the training period, you will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model, allowing for a blend of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support retention efforts by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule: Full-time position requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Note: Proximity to Borehamwood is required for consideration.
