Dexters is a thriving company dedicated to supporting remarkable growth within its organization. We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dedicated Company Accounts team.

Role Details:
  • On-site presence required 5 days a week
Compensation:

£27,000-£29,000 (dependent on experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of month-end tasks, including ledger reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Accurately input data and process postings.
  • Provide support to management with various ad-hoc duties.
  • Implement checks to prevent fraud.
  • Manage receipts/payments allocation and invoice processing.
  • Prepare and review weekly payment runs.
  • Support month-end procedures and reporting.
  • Address finance queries via phone and email.
  • Provide assistance during peak periods and covering for absences.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.
  • Follow up on outstanding queries.
Skill Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and Lookup functions.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
