Position Overview

Resourcing Group is seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Community Engagement Officer who possesses outstanding interpersonal abilities and a proven track record in cultivating robust partnerships while striving to meet financial objectives.

Compensation: £33,000

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

In the role of Lead Community Engagement Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing and executing fundraising initiatives to achieve set financial goals, aligned with the overarching Fundraising Strategy.
  • Overseeing diverse income channels with a primary emphasis on establishing community partnerships and nurturing new Major Donor connections to enhance our high-value supporter network.
  • Operating from a dedicated palliative care facility in the region.

The ideal candidate for the Lead Community Engagement Officer position will demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • A proven history of driving fundraising success and generating revenue.
  • Experience in recruiting, managing, and strategically utilizing fundraising volunteers.
  • Exceptional networking skills, with the ability to forge relationships across various demographics.
  • A valid driving license.
