Our teams are characterized by a nurturing and collaborative management framework, which includes an Integrated Care Manager, Deputy Care Managers, Lead Practitioners, and Care Coordinators.
You will work alongside qualified Community Support Specialists, Senior Practitioners, Adult Care Practitioners, and an administrative support team.Complimentary on/off-site parking (subject to location)

As a Community Support Specialist within our Adult Services Teams, you will have a vital role in engaging with the residents of our community, comprehending their requirements, and linking them to resources that enable them to maintain their preferred lifestyle, whether with assistance or independently.
You will also collaborate closely with individuals to assist them in regaining autonomy during challenging times.A recognized qualification in social work and registration with the relevant authority: A commitment to enhancing individuals' strengths while ensuring a secure approach to community support practice
