As part of the Entertainments team, you will be instrumental in providing an enjoyable and educational atmosphere for our visitors.

This role is customer-facing and requires outstanding communication and service skills. While prior experience with animals is not necessary, a willingness to learn and share the fascinating aspects of our agricultural environment is essential. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and basic care of our animals, as well as delivering practical demonstrations, live discussions, and informative talks to our guests.

As a member of the Cotswold Farm Park Visitor Experience team, you will also collaborate with our marketing department to present engaging online content. This will involve conducting live presentations, participating in interactive Q&A sessions, and fostering a friendly and informative relationship with our online audience.

You will be tasked with ensuring that the content you deliver is captivating, educational, and consistent with our brand values. Close collaboration with the marketing team will be necessary to prepare and master the material you will present, allowing you to convey it with confidence and charisma.

  • Passion for Education and Entertainment: This role requires providing guests with a fun and informative experience, so a genuine passion for entertaining and educating is essential. You should be eager to share your knowledge of agriculture and animals in an engaging manner for audiences of all ages.
  • Attention to Detail: Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and welfare of animals and ensuring a safe environment for visitors. Being detail-oriented is important to guarantee that animals are well cared for and that guests have a positive experience.
  • Willingness to Learn: No prior experience with animals is required, but a readiness to learn and share the wonders of our agricultural world with visitors is crucial. You should also be open to adapting to changes in the online content you will present.
  • Flexibility: This role involves delivering live shows, so flexibility in your working hours is important. Being able to adjust to changes in schedules and responsibilities is essential.
  • Team Collaboration: Being a team player is vital, as this role involves working with various teams, including marketing and animal care, to provide visitors with an unforgettable experience. You should be able to work collaboratively and contribute to the team's success.

Requirements:

No prior experience with animals is necessary, but a willingness to learn and share the wonders of our agricultural world with visitors is essential. Candidates must have their own transportation due to the rural location.
