Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Advisor at Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide informative and accurate advice and guidance to guests looking to book or discuss their future holiday at one of our hotels or villages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends.
