As a Customer Service Operations Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and inspiring the Customer Resolutions Team towards achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
In this position, you will serve as the primary representative of Vox Network Consultants, significantly contributing to the enhancement of the customer journey. Your proactive approach will focus on minimizing complaints by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
You will collaborate closely with team members to elevate customer satisfaction and efficiently address inquiries.
Core Duties Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards
- Taking ownership of team leadership
- Proposing innovative solutions for customer challenges
- Generating analytical reports to track performance
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer-centric mindset, demonstrating the ability to engage empathetically with diverse individuals. A solid understanding of customer satisfaction metrics is essential.
A background in customer service is required, with familiarity in the housing or construction industries being a notable advantage.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service
- Proven experience in team management and development
- Possession of a valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory basic level DBS check
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of the housing sector
- NVQ in Customer Services
