We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Community Nursing Specialist to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing advice and support to patients and families, in-patient and out-patient, throughout their care pathway.
Main Duties- Work as an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team within University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust and across the community.
- Provide specialist nursing advice and support to patients and families, in-patient and out-patient, throughout their care pathway.
- Work closely with the Neuroscience multidisciplinary team in hospital and the community to ensure a co-ordinated quality service.
- Be actively involved in education, audit and research.

Person Specification- Be able to speak fluent English to an appropriate standard.
- Supportive, respectful, innovative, and collaborative.
- RN Child or RN Adult with relevant Children's qualification.
- Current NMC Registration.
- Relevant accredited post registration qualification at level 3.
- Degree or equivalent (in related health topic or willingness to work towards).
