Conveyancing Paralegal Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Birmingham. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our Conveyancing team, ensuring seamless delivery of Paralegal duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Manage and chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records in our case management system and third-party websites.
  • Ensure our clients and introducers receive outstanding service at all times.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for the conveyancing process.
  • Prepare completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
  • Handle post-exchange matters as directed by your team manager.
  • Be responsible for completions on the day of completion.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support your team and other teams.
  • Prepare trial bundle indexes and bundles.
  • Participate actively in meetings.
  • Undertake ad-hoc Paralegal administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Prior Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Good empathy skills and ability to deal with diverse personality types.
  • Commitment to meeting or exceeding personal targets.
  • Willingness to listen and learn.
  • Good team player with a willingness to assist colleagues.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, committed, and approachable.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
