Conveyancing Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Conveyancing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Paralegal duties and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders.
  • Chase documentation, ID, mortgage offers, and searches to ensure timely completion of conveyancing transactions.
  • Update case management systems and third-party websites in real-time.
  • Prepare documentation and completion packs for the accounts department.
  • Deal with post-exchange matters and complete tasks as directed by your team manager.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the team and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Assistant.
  • Proficiency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and empathy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain professional.
