About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at Childbase Partnership. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children, while also supporting the development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Early Years Educators in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote children's learning and development, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery, including planning, preparation, and delivery of activities.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and values.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements
  • Hold an early years qualification at level three or above.
  • Have demonstrable experience of working as part of a team in an early years setting.

  • Ability to inspire colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes and ensure their team feels nurtured, supported, and motivated.
