The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex and high-value claims, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of catastrophic injury claims, from initial consultation to settlement or trial
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize client compensation
  • Collaborate with experts and other stakeholders to ensure seamless case management
  • Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and transparent communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in catastrophic injury law
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
