Job Title: Personal Injury Solicitor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of fast track matters across RTA & EL/PL, as well as managing some multi-track matters up to £75k value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including fast track and multi-track matters
  • Work with a team of experienced solicitors to handle a broad mix of PI files both in and out of the portal
  • Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
  • Meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years PQE
  • Experience as a personal injury fee earner handling a broad mix of PI files
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
