Job Opportunity

Role Description

Taylor Root is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their team as a Personal Injury Solicitor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the management of a varied caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims
  2. Conduct legal research and draft documents
  3. Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel
  4. Support senior solicitors with case preparation and strategy
  5. Attend court hearings and settlement meetings
  6. Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements

Requirements

  1. Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ or up to 2 years PQE)
  2. A passion for personal injury law, ideally with some experience in high-value or multi-track cases
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  4. Excellent communication and client-care skills
  5. A proactive, team-oriented attitude
