Role Overview

As a Complex Injury NQ Solicitor, you will work alongside our expert team on a variety of challenging and rewarding cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with high-value, multi-track claims, including cases involving catastrophic injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the management of a varied caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents
  • Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
  • Supporting senior solicitors with case preparation and strategy
  • Attending court hearings and settlement meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ or up to 2 years PQE)
  • A passion for personal injury law, ideally with some experience in high-value or multi-track cases
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
