We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our team as a Complex Injury Solicitor.

About the Role

As a Complex Injury Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of high-value personal injury claims, including cases involving catastrophic injuries. You will work closely with our expert team to conduct legal research, draft documents, and liaise with clients, experts, and counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims
  • Conducting legal research and drafting documents
  • Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel
  • Supporting senior solicitors with case preparation and strategy
  • Attending court hearings and settlement meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ or up to 2 years PQE)
  • A passion for personal injury law, ideally with some experience in high-value or multi-track cases
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude
