About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Connect2Hampshire. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective administrative support to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative support to PD locality teams and other colleagues across the Younger Adults Business Support Service.
- Support the team with office duties, records management, phone calls, and voicemails.
- Provide operational team support and general administration tasks.
- Make informed decisions to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy and previous administrative experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be organized, and manage time effectively.
- Generic skills; ability to seek and find help when needed.
