- Support PD locality teams and other colleagues across the Younger Adults Business Support Service
- Manage office duties, records, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide operational team support and general administration tasks
- Make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficient in computer software and systems
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Generic skills: organized, excellent time management, and ability to seek help when needed
