Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Reesmarx on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in supporting our finance and customer service departments, with a primary focus on administrative tasks related to order processing, customer inquiries, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process purchase orders (POs) from distributors and ensure all relevant documentation is complete.
  • Maintain and update records related to orders, customer communications, and legal documents (import/export).
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, PO numbers, and other service-related issues.
  • Support the finance team with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Regularly update internal databases with customer and order information.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in math and English.
  • Experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable (AR) is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Proactive, accountable, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
