About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Marshall Harmony. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Strategic Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer specifications and industry demands.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and technical support.
