Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our digital products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Software Development: Lead the development of software solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that they meet the business requirements and are delivered on time.
- Agile Methodologies: Work with Agile delivery teams to ensure a smooth process from concept to completion for each element of our digital product.
- Team Management: Manage and support a small team of software developers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow and develop in their careers.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: 5+ years of experience with Python and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in team lead or managerial roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
