Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Live Events Technical Project Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the technical delivery of major production event solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience and responsibility for technically delivering live events, and production. You will have ideally had experience working with designing modular LED solutions and leading teams to deliver technical event production. Extensive international travel will be required at peak times during the year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical delivery of major production event solutions.
  • Management and delivery of complex LED and production solutions for key events.
  • Producing all necessary documentation for events.
  • Supplier management.
  • Develop the technical specification of all Live production event solutions, including LED, Video.
  • Provide escalated technical support to the wider team of sales, ops and technical teams.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of full-time staff, sub-contractors and third parties as required onsite.
  • Deliver ongoing technical innovation into the team.
  • Support and maintain long term customer and client strategic relationships.
