IT Support Technician Role

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first and second-line IT support to our internal employees across two offices in Cambridge.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide internal first and second-line IT support
* Assist with various upcoming projects, including Office 365, hardware upgrades, and Windows 11 migration
* Offer desktop support and AV support
* Collaborate with the Senior Systems Administrator and Head of IT to ensure seamless IT operations

**Requirements**

* A minimum of one year of IT support experience, either in a managed service provider (MSP) or internal environment
* Active Directory and Office 365 experience
* Ability to work onsite in Cambridge five days a week
