Your New Role: IT Service Desk Manager

As our IT Service Desk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our IT support operations. You will lead a dedicated team of service desk professionals, ensuring the swift resolution of technical issues while driving strategic improvements to our IT support function.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ITIL v4 best practices across all aspects of IT service delivery.
  • Oversee the Fresh Service ticketing system, ensuring efficient ticket handling, timely resolution, and accurate reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Manage IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the IT service desk and implement innovative solutions.

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT professional with a proven track record in managing IT service desks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience implementing and adhering to ITIL v4 best practices.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft O365 suite, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, and Intune.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of IT professionals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
