Are you a skilled Executive Assistant seeking a new opportunity to showcase your expertise?

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to deliver support to our Legal and Regulatory Leadership in a 2:1 capacity. This position will be accountable for overseeing the daily functions of the executive office, ensuring that all responsibilities are fulfilled efficiently and with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management abilities, along with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should be adept at managing multiple priorities and be capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight.

This role will require you to be present in our central office a minimum of three days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational assistance
  • Anticipate and manage the needs of the executives proactively
  • Oversee a complex schedule of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and present high-quality presentations and communications, and coordinate team events
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government and regulatory bodies
  • Monitor, review, and respond to various inquiries including emails and voicemails
  • Track and manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Create reports, documents, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a multi-faceted organization.
  • Experience at the board level is advantageous
  • Background in supporting multiple managers is essential
  • Familiarity with external stakeholder engagement
  • Legal and regulatory experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Quick-thinking, proactive, and confident in working independently using your initiative.
  • Experience in managing internal and external communications
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize demanding workloads and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficient in proofreading high-level presentations and documents.
  • Highly skilled in using Microsoft tools.
