We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Mail Team in our London office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing high-volume mail tasks using our Digital Mailroom technology.
Key Responsibilities- Log mail in an efficient and accurate manner onto our CRM system
- Deal with low-volume customer queries via email and phone
- Perform administrative duties ranging in complexity using our Digital Mailroom technology
- Good computer literacy with a fast typing speed
- Flexible with a willingness to work paid overtime hours when required
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
