Front of House and Facilities Coordinator

Join Dentsu, a global leader in integrated growth and transformation, as a Front of House and Facilities Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
About the Role:- Manage client visits and meeting room bookings to minimize conflicts and ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to support the Hospitality delivery functions, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Deliver high-quality mailroom services, meeting SLAs and exceeding customer expectations.
- Conduct routine H&S checks, reporting on hazards and ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors.
- Implement and review procedures, policies, and systems to ensure our offices and services meet business objectives.
- Provide multi-skilled cover and support for the Facilities Helpdesk, connecting client calls to the correct individuals and assisting with enquiries.
- Previous experience in a similar Workplace Experience or Front of House role, with strong customer service and people skills.
- Solid administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, and Condeco.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a positive can-do attitude and a focus on high-quality service.
- Confident, trustworthy, and dependable, with a flexible approach to work.
