This department is tasked with the proactive identification of health & safety hazards within the Council and facilitating the creation of strategies to mitigate risks.
In this capacity, you will manage a team of Health & Safety specialists, addressing both current and forthcoming health & safety challenges as the designated statutory officer. Furthermore, you will guide the team in delivering health and safety services to Tees Active, the organization responsible for managing the Borough's recreational facilities, educational institutions, and academies.
We seek an enthusiastic professional to help advance our vision for a high-performing Health and Safety Service, ensuring that our offerings continue to adapt and grow to meet the evolving requirements of the Council.
