Job Summary:

Your new company is a well-established social housing contractor that operates across the West Lancashire area. As a skilled tradesperson, you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of multi-skilled joinery work on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out multi-skilled joinery work, including plastering, plumbing, painting, and tiling.
  • Work from a company van and use a PDA tablet to attend all maintenance work.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • NVQ in Joinery or other relevant trade.
  • Previous joinery experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Multi-skilled in plastering, plumbing, painting, and tiling.
  • Full UK driving license.
