About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B Campaigns team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reaching out to our valued clients to enhance their experience with our products and services through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to clients to promote our products and services
  • Following up on specific digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase client engagement
  • Maintaining detailed notes on our CRM tool to support key performance reporting
  • Ensuring data hygiene in our CRM tool for all clients engaged with
  • Staying up-to-date on company developments and maintaining a working knowledge of our products
  • Engaging with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction
  • Generating leads and appointments for our sales team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting telesales-based targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
