About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and driven individual to join our dynamic B2B Campaigns team as a Telesales Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reaching out to our valued clients to enhance their experience with our products and services through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Initiate conversations with clients to promote our products and services
  • Follow up on specific digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase awareness
  • Persuasively engage clients in conversation to explain how our services will add value and meet their needs
  • Maintain detailed notes on our CRM tool to support key performance reporting
  • Ensure data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with
  • Engage with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction
  • Generate leads and appointments for the sales team
Requirements
  • Results-oriented approach with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales-based targets
  • Ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls with sustained motivation
  • Proactive with lots of initiative and the ability to think on your feet
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
  • Focused on individual performance and success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000, plus a range of benefits including life insurance, private medical insurance, and travel insurance. You will also receive 2 days paid volunteering leave per year, a wellness program, and a cycle to work scheme.
