About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and driven individual to join our dynamic B2B Campaigns team as a Telesales Executive. This role involves reaching out to our valued clients to enhance their experience with our products and services through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to clients to promote our products and services
  • Following up on specific digital marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Persuasively engaging clients in conversation to explain how our services will add value to their needs
  • Maintaining detailed notes on our CRM tool to support key performance reporting
  • Ensuring data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our products and staying up-to-date on company developments
  • Engaging with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction
  • Generating leads and appointments for the sales team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales-based targets
  • The ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls with sustained motivation
  • Proactive and initiative-taking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
  • Resilience and a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
