About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Campaigns Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our B2B Campaigns team, you will be responsible for enhancing the experience of our valued clients through our innovative digital marketing campaigns.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to our extensive network of clients to promote our products and services
- Initiating conversations with clients to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Maintaining detailed notes on our CRM tool to support key performance reporting
- Ensuring data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with
- Engaging with other Addison Lee business units to ensure client satisfaction
- Generating leads and appointments for the sales team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales-based targets
- The ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls with sustained motivation
- Proactive and initiative-taking skills, with the ability to think on your feet
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
