Job Title: NPD Manager

We are seeking an experienced NPD Manager to join our team at Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec. This role involves creating and delivering innovative product launches to drive the global portfolio over a 3-year development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple key projects and become a category and consumer expert.
  • Understand and communicate consumer needs, competitors, benefits, critical features, emerging trends, and commercial expectations.
  • Drive day-to-day project management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring your product to life across product designers and consumer research agencies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and possess strong communication and collaborative skills.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects, leading cross-functional teams, and possessing strong communication and collaborative skills. A minimum of 4/5 years of experience in consumer goods/FMCG, preferably with a background in global markets, especially the US, is required.
