Job Title: General Practitioner - GP in Wales

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our GP Practice in Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and personal preferences.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • Fully qualified General Practitioner with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to patient confidentiality and data protection.
