Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our esteemed healthcare team. The successful candidate will:

Provide comprehensive medical services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and management of chronic conditions, while adhering to established practice protocols and guidelines.

Be available to perform a range of responsibilities such as in-person consultations, telehealth appointments, home visits, and managing prescriptions and patient inquiries efficiently.

Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent medical situations, ensuring timely and effective patient care.

Exercise independent clinical judgment in evaluating patient conditions, whether self-referred or referred by other healthcare professionals.

Oversee the clinical management of patients during consultations, including initiating diagnostic tests, interpreting results, and coordinating referrals to specialists as necessary.

Collaborate with patients to develop individualized care plans that align with current clinical guidelines and best practices.

Contribute to the practice's objectives by supporting quality improvement initiatives and achieving key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities

The role encompasses a blend of scheduled and on-call duties, with equitable distribution of on-call responsibilities among all physicians.

Our practice employs a hybrid appointment system, offering both face-to-face and virtual consultations, with a daily patient load averaging 30.

Utilize our advanced workflow management system to optimize patient care and ensure effective task allocation among the clinical team.
