Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Manage your own accounts, with a focus on growing the existing book of business and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and win new partnerships through proactive outbound call campaigns, leveraging your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and brokers.
- Broker Support: Provide high levels of support to brokers, striving for first contact resolution and ensuring that all operating procedures and regulations are followed in line with FSA and Cigna guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure all resources are utilized to the benefit of the broker, and actively support team members to achieve operational goals.
- Experience: 2 years of sales experience preferred, but not essential - full sales training will be provided.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Skills: Multilingual capacity is beneficial but not essential.
- Outbound Sales: Experience in outbound sales or a good knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Initiative: Ability to work under own initiative, be proactive in recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload to meet individual and team targets.
- Customer Focus: Ability to quickly identify customer needs in a professional and confident manner.
- Judgement: Ability to exercise sound judgement in decision-making.
- Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic, with flexibility and openness to change.
