Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Visitor to join our team at Unity Healthcare Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in leading the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and ensuring every child has the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health promotion strategies to support the health and wellbeing of children and families.
