We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Visitor to join our team at Unity Healthcare Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our community care team, you will play a vital role in leading the Healthy Child Programme (0-5) and ensuring every child has the best start in life.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective health promotion strategies to support the health and wellbeing of children and families.
- Provide expert guidance and support to families on healthy child development and parenting practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and service delivery.
- Conduct regular health assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to address health inequalities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote health and wellbeing initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
