We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Integrated Marketing Group Director to join our team at Supreme Optimization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service to our largest and most complex client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of Account Directors and Senior Account Managers to ensure exceptional client service, account growth, and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth for our clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their commercial challenges and marketing objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage project delivery, including customer, market, and competitor research, brand and product value propositions, and messaging development.
  • Lead the development of account growth plans, identifying future revenue opportunities and resources required to win and onboard new projects.
  • Contribute to new business development pitches and RFP processes, and manage the successful onboarding of new accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in an integrated marketing agency, with a minimum of 5 years recent agency experience in B2B.
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing strategy, including research, customer and competitor insight, audience profiling, messaging development, and brand strategy.
  • Broad channel and tactical experience, including content marketing, paid media, email marketing, media relations/PR, SEO/PPC, account based marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and account retention and development.
  • Experience with reviewing project materials, providing insightful QA and QC input, and line management experience providing guidance and mentoring support to account managers and account executives.
