Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for technical operations, encompassing IT infrastructure, network security, and data management.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and conducive learning and research environment.
  • Lead capital renovation projects, adhering to budget constraints and regulatory requirements while maximizing operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Science or Business Administration, with a focus on technology management or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical operations, facilities management, or a comparable role within a healthcare or academic institution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across diverse departments.
