Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
  • Monitor and control site activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with contractors, surveyors, and builders to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project managers and operations teams
  • Contribute to the development of site management skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on an active construction site in any capacity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK Driver's Licence or willingness to learn
