About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Trainee Site Construction Management programme. As a Trainee Site Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the development and construction of our transmission network in the north of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize work on our project sites, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and builders to ensure projects are on track.
  • Manage staff, machinery, and materials to complete jobs.
  • Gain real hands-on experience and develop a unique set of skills.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on an active construction site or HNC Construction Management.
  • Highly organized and self-driven with excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with spending time living away from home during learning placements.
  • Full UK Driver's Licence or in the process of learning to drive.
