Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Residential Support Worker to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our young people in a residential childcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily routines, including getting the young people up and ready for school, helping with homework, and completing paperwork.
  • Plan and implement activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations and Procedures.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care or equivalent (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
  • Ability to work efficiently as an individual or within a team setting.
