Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming inquiries from the e-commerce platform
  • Collaborate with the marketing agency to monitor their KPIs and ROI
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to engage with clients
  • Provide sales assistance to the sales team from the quotation stage
  • Distribute information packs to clients once appointments are confirmed
  • Input new sales orders into the CRM system

Qualifications:
