New Account Manager

Job Summary:
CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager - Industrial to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships in the industrial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and other sales materials to customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6+ years of sales experience in the industrial sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the industrial sector and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
