Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager - Industrial to join our team in Irvine, California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and direct sales efforts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical specialists, to provide solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and other sales materials to customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the industrial sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
