We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a Sales Advisor, you will combine your passion for fragrance and gifting to provide an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will be responsible for entertaining visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone LondonTM to our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Develop a deep understanding of our fragrances and products to make informed recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create impact with in-store events and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
