About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Expert to join our team at Jo Malone London in Market Harborough. As a Fragrance Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations to customers, ensuring they find the perfect scent for their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our fragrance products, including their ingredients, benefits, and pairing options.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the creation of engaging in-store experiences, including events and promotions, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest fragrance trends and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Passion for fragrance and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
