About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at Jo Malone London in Kettering. As a Fragrance Expert, you'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of our fragrances and provide personalized recommendations to customers. You'll work closely with our team to create a welcoming and inspiring in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver personalized fragrance recommendations
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Stay up-to-date with fragrance knowledge and product information to provide expert advice to customers
