We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team at Jo Malone London in Market Harborough. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of fragrances and products, and to develop your skills and knowledge in the retail beauty industry. You will be working as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers
- Work with a wide range of fragrances and products to develop your skills and knowledge in the retail beauty industry
- Contribute to the creation of in-store events and visual merchandising displays
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
